FEES

My standard fee per session is $160.00 (Your first session is billed at $170.00 as an "initial intake" session).

I am in network for the following insurance plans:

Premera (for employees of Amazon, Microsoft, other)

First Choice, Kaiser (select plans only), Regence, Aetna

IMPORTANT: most insurance plans DO NOT reimburse providers for couple's counseling. Therefore, I DO NOT bill insurance plans for couples couple's counseling. Couples pay privately at the end of every session. I will gladly provide an invoice for couples to seek reimbursement from their insurance providers if the couple requests this.

Cancelation/Missed Appointments: A minimum of 24 hour notice of cancelation is required to cancel an appointment. Less than 24 hour notice of cancelation or missing an appointment will result in the client(s) being billed the full fee for the missed session.

** Insurance companies do not reimburse providers for missed appointments or late cancelations. This policy is standard business practice in the industry.

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am to 4pm

Fridays: 11am to 2pm
